Salesforce Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer for a contract position to join our team and collaborate with clients on custom development projects for their Salesforce orgs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both back-end and front-end development, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their custom development requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Salesforce orgs.
  
• Develop integrations with external applications and systems to streamline data flow and enhance functionality.
  
• Perform custom configuration and development tasks, including but not limited to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Visualforce (VF) pages, triggers, and batch jobs.
  
• Utilize Salesforce Flow to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure the smooth deployment and implementation of developed solutions, utilizing tools such as Ant Migration Tool for seamless deployment.
  
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions as needed.
  

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Apex, LWCs, VF pages, triggers, and batch jobs.
  
• Proficiency in working with core Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
  
• Experience with Visual Studio Code for Salesforce development.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements to deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  

Nice-to-haves:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or willingness to obtain it.
  
• Experience working with REST APIs and web services for integration purposes.
  
• Familiarity with additional Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud and CPQ, providing added value to client projects.
