Salesforce Solution Architect

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in working closely with our clients to design and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end solution design, data modeling, and ensuring that the implementation meets our clients' business requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging Salesforce to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including system integrations and data migration.
  
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, business processes, and challenges to develop tailored Salesforce solutions.
  
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability, effectiveness, and alignment with client objectives.
  
• Provide expertise in data modeling, process flow analysis, and the development of specifications for Salesforce implementations.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that the solution vision and design are executed accurately and effectively.
  
• Manage and deliver components of client engagements involving the Salesforce platform, including CPQ, B2B, and B2C solutions.
  
• Conduct solution design reviews and recommend improvements to optimize Salesforce deployments.
  
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to advise clients and internal teams on effective solutions.
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and design.
  
• Proven track record of working on 3-5 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
  
• Proficiency in working with core Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, landscape, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical details into business value.
  
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
  
• Salesforce Application Architect certification is highly desirable.
  
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, B2B, and B2C solutions is a plus.
