Senior Salesforce Consultant

Position Overview

Our company is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Salesforce Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and possess the skills to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet our clients' needs. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through their Salesforce journey, ensuring that they leverage the platform's full potential to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  
• Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
  
• Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, functionality, and capabilities to support client decision-making.
  
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and design for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, and other Salesforce Cloud implementations.
  
• Facilitate user workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues and deliver enhancements and optimizations to existing Salesforce implementations.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their Salesforce journey.
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a proven track record of success in implementing Salesforce solutions.
  
• Hands-on experience with at least 3-5 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
  
• Proficiency in working with core Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with clients and team members.

• Salesforce Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant certification.
